Women's Journeys is devoted to empowering women going through life's transitions. We offer travel adventures, books, workshops and speakers.
Marci Maniker, M.A., is a management and organizational development consultant. For over 25 years, she has been working
with groups and individuals to enhance workplace productivity through coaching, consulting and managing change. Her areas of expertise include executive coaching, strategic planning, managing change, organization effectiveness, meeting facilitation and team building.
Marci transforms business challenges and talent concerns into actionable plans. Clients love Marci's creative approach to increasing employee engagement and high performance.

In her spare time, Marci plans trips to exotic places with interesting women. She has three daughters and lives in Los Angeles, California.

The women travelers average age is around mid-50's to mid-60's, and all are adventurous! The travelers are married, single, divorced and widowed. Most of the women have children. Most are professionals, working outside the home. A few are retired. Some are empty-nesters. All have a passion for travel and adventure but lack travel partners--- until now.
